This explains what Finnus collects when you use finnus.ai or ask for a Value Profile, and what we do with it. The short version is on Your data.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, business details and anything else you choose to add.
The files you upload, such as financial statements and tax returns.
Basic information about how the site is used, described under Analytics and cookies below.

To build, deliver and update your Value Profile.
To email you about your request and, if you sign up, about Finnus Advisory.
For anonymous benchmarks, only if you agreed to it, and only in groups of 10 or more businesses.

We don't sell your information, and we never share your files without your OK.

We rely on a small number of providers to run Finnus. They process data only on our behalf:

Vercel hosts the website.
Supabase stores our database and your files, encrypted, in the United States.
Resend sends our emails.
Anthropic provides the AI tools we use to draft profiles. Your data is not used to train its models.

Vercel Analytics counts page visits without using cookies.
Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to request a Value Profile.
Microsoft Clarity shows us how people use our public pages, so we can improve them. It hides what you type into forms, and it doesn't run on upload pages.
Revnu, which helps us with marketing, records where visitors to our public pages came from, such as a search engine, an AI assistant or an ad. It uses two cookies: a random visitor id and the source of your visit. It never reads what you type into forms. When you request a Value Profile, we tell Revnu that a request happened, with that visitor id but without your name, email or business details.
If you arrive through a link from an advisor, we keep a cookie for 90 days so we know who referred you.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop benchmark sharing at any time. Email hello@finnus.ai.
