What we ask for

To build your Value Profile we ask for your financials: profit and loss statements, balance sheets, tax returns or a QuickBooks or Xero export. We also keep the details you give us on the form, like your name, email, business name and revenue range.

Who sees it

Only the Finnus team working on your profile. Your files are stored encrypted, in the United States, and we never share them with anyone without your OK. We don't sell your data.

How we use AI

Your Value Profile is built with AI and approved by an M&A expert. We use AI tools behind the scenes to read your files and draft the model, and a person checks every line. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Benchmarks, only if you agree

If you tick the benchmark box, we may use your high-level figures, such as revenue and margins, to show how similar businesses compare. They are always anonymous and only ever shown in groups of 10 or more businesses, so no one can pick yours out. You can stop this anytime.
